    Smoked Salmon Spread (3/4) Cup of smoked salmon de-boned (1) 8oz package of cream cheese (1) Tablespoon of mayonnaise (1/2) Teaspoon of crushed garlic (1/4) Teaspoon of salt (1/4) Teaspoon of black pepper (1/4) teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning Fresh basil to taste Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend in to a smooth spread. Serve with vegetables, crackers or on a bagel.

    RANCH DRESSING AND CAJUN CHEF LOISIANA HOT SAUCE OR (RED DEVIL) AND THE MEASURE IS TWO PART RANCH AND ONE PART HOT SAUCE. THAT IS GREAT FOR FISH AND AS WELL FOR FRIED CHICKEN. HOPE YOU LIKE IT

    A friend of mine smoked our catch of Cera mackerel on the grill and used similar ingredients to the recipe you provided. It was pretty good. However, I would totally take smoked salmon over anything else. Thanks for posting.

    Good base recipe for use. For you folks looking for more "kick" (hotter)...add chili powder...cumin....jalepenos or peppers of MANY varieties (chopped sliced diced etc...)...or even just double the black pepper

    For something even more exotic...get a jar of Korean kimchi (put in a blender & liquify)...or add a tub of hot Mexican salsa (drained) to the mix   

    SO many ways to jazz recipes up
