    Felt this was worth passing on to those who might need/use it.

    Was talking the other day to a Senior citizen who mentioned using a bed spring from a set of Box springs and attaching it to a small rope, throwing it out onto, or over Moss on a pond or small lake and pulling back towards you. This was how they used to rid fishing places of floating moss. If possible, moss was pulled up onto shore by someone using a rake. This would then kill the moss as it dried out.

    I believe this will work and maybe even the old style metal Chain stringers with metal snaps might be almost as good in pulling in floating moss.

    If anyone tries this, please post the results.
