Sir, I use to live in the St Louis area for over 10 years and wrote a book about fishing there in IL. If you are prior service, get with the MBAA, Military Bass Anglers Association at Scott AFB, IL. I am sure one of those guys would love to have you. The MBAA change their rules and I think outsiders, if you are not prior military, would fish in one of their tournaments. I also fishing the 1991 BASSMASTER Open Tournament Trail wtih the pros that year. Hope you can find someone. Allen Retire Air Force
