Hello All. For those of you who have fished or want to fish the West Branch of the Delaware River, I have two words for you this year, plan ahead! LOL The excessive rain in the North East has made one of the most challenging Trout rivers in the country even more so. I live on the river, and unless you have a driftboat or pontoon, you will pretty much be disappointed if you make the trip up. You will either be rained out ( and it's still chilly here ), or get a lot of casting practice and no fish! LOL Most of the visiting anglers are sitting in motels grumbling or headed home early. I recommend you stick to nymphs or wet flies if you are a diehard. Good luck and good fishig! Lynda
