    I just got my 7ft UL rod back. I received the best service ever from a company. I had the rod for 9 months before it broke, and it sat in my garage for another 4(well past the warrenty time). They replaced the rod with a new one. I called to say thank you, because this isn't the first time they helped me out. They also pointed me in the right direction to locate more of this rods which I think are the best for trout(spinmatic)

    Glad to hear someone still offers customer service. I broke a Diawa ultra light years ago and didn't bother to send it back, thinking that sooner or later I would see a rep at one of the shows. Never happened and I sure can't blame Diawa on that. Tom
