I have a combo of  Penn  GTO  reels mounted on Penn Pursuit rods. These combos  are as new. Bought them  for  a deep water  boat  and traded the boat  before I used the  combos.  They have never  been wet. They are spooled  with 30lb Ande  pro line .
These  are great trolling rods  or bottom bouncers.
