The two times I have needed parts for my 1998 Minnkota Autopilot they had them or could get them. Probably the most friendly staff I have dealt with for anything from getting a burger at BK to...well, anything. I strongly recommend you give them a try if you need something they offer. Thanks for the information. Several time people have been looking for Minn-Kota help here and will appreciate the tip. Too bad we don't have a place to file this and other info so we can refer back to it when needed.

I don't mind Badger....actually it was pretty funny When I ordered my parts I let JT know I posted here about him and Northland Marine...the guy was so appreciative. Great customer service should and did get posted on boards like this.
