my 79 year old father and i will be in mobile in sept. ( first weekend after labor day.) we are looking to fish inshore for reds and such but cannot afford to charter  a whole boat by ourselves . are there any what i call party boats where they charge by the head no matter how many people are on board. they do not have to fish for reds but if they do that makes it even better
