Fished Eastman Lake yesterday and my wife handed my a** to me on one of the best days of bass fishing she ever had. Her first bass was nearly 5# and ended up catching over a dozen, many of them over 2 lbs (with a couple over 3 lbs). I only caught 4 fish the entire morning, and only one was a respectable one over 3 lbs. Caught them on watermelon with gold flakes senkos. Mostly overcast and a little breezy and a bit chilly. But a great day of fishing. Caught the last one about 12:30, then left.
