fishnhunt, Although I now live in Loveland OH I lived for 10 years in Cosprings and Lakewood Co respectfully. I loved to fish the Platte and the small beaver ponds on the Continental Divide! I never had much success in the lakes around Woodland Park but always enjoyed having fun getting out. good luck with getting a group together. We had our first "meet" in May of this year here in OH and we had 50 some people!

Are you a sportsman? More importantly are you a fisherman. It appears that there are not many by the lack of posts on the BB. I can't believe that there is no interest in getting together on this thread and talking about our great fisheries here in CO. I know other guys have tried to get this going with no responses. It isevident that most of us are just Wannabe fishersthat don't really care to get out on the water??If this isn't true---prove me wrong!! <!--graemlin::eek:--> <!--graemlin::p--> <!--graemlin::D-->Fish as long as you can and then hunt the rest of the time!! <!--graemlin:;)-->

BasserW---Good to see your reply. Fishin is still great in Colorado Ifish most of the rivers when I can also Blue mesa for Lakers and Kokes.Eleven Mile for northerns, kokes and trout. Also like to fish pueblo for Eyes and Bass. It really does not seem to be a concensus of interest to get a State group started here <!--graemlin::confused:--> as there are enough members of NAFC to get a good club going. I envy you guys in OH as I know you have a great group. Wish I could have dropped in at your GT. from all the posts it sounds like ya all had a great time!! <!--graemlin::D--> <!--graemlin:;)--> <!--graemlin::cool:-->NAFC Member since 1994--LM./001USAF DAV Rtrd. We live in southern Colorado. Lathrop State Park(Walsenburg)has a sportsmen's lake. Great for Muskie, Rainbows, Steelhead and Bass. Great views also. Family also likes to take the boat to Pueblo and Blue Mesa.

We drew both for area 54 so looking forwardto that.Maybe we can hook up for a little fishin before winter!! What do you fish for?? And do you ever fish Navajho? Only fished there a few times but sure did enjoy it. Stay in touch and maybe we can get more interested people on here. Drop me a PM or an Email if you like! Take Care and good fishin.Bill Johnson aka "fishnhunt" <!--graemlin::)--> <!--graemlin::cool:-->
