Since I am just beginning I wondered if some of my fellow Georgians might just like to say Good Morning to one another:  To get it off the ground:  "Let me say Good Morning to all you members out there.  Do we have a Georgia Club?  Anyone interested in starting one?  Looking forward to getting to know each of you!  Good luck and good fishing!  Uncle Tom
I built my own lure company as a young man--thus the name UncleTomsJigs. It grew so well I decided to give it up and go fishing with family, friends and especially grand children. I became disabled as a United Methodist Pastor IN 2002 and retired here in Coastal Georgia on a 10 acre lake where I continue to fish despite my disabilities. My wonderful wife and I enjoy fishing together. God has blessed us in so many ways and we pray the same for you. I am excited about having so many new friends all over this great country.

Good Morning Georgia!  Looks like the Heeeaaaatt is working on the bass fishing although we are having some luck with blue gills and cats.  May have to take up turtle fishing even though they are a lot easier to trap.  My grand kids enjoy identifying the different breeds of turtles.  Man did the little gators tickle them and they seem to find a new breed of birds each.  I get so amused watching them attempt to sneak up closer and identify them from their bird watching book.  While the weather is nice try to spend some extra time with a kid.    Uncle Tom  Good luck and good fishing!

Y'ALL WAKE UP IN GEORGIA!  How bout you guys and gals down on the Suwanee River.  Hold your heads up!  It's time to return the world record Largemouth Bass to its home.  Just because Montgomery Lake is about dried up doesn't mean  some of her grand children didn't pick up the "Genes".  Put the boat in the Altamaha.  Which is worse?  Eating a certified world record to feed your family or hanging  one on the wall.  Did you get that cell phone number where we can vote?  Three strikes and you are out!  I guess I am out!!!  BUT AIN'T THRU PLAYING BALL! Good luck and good fishing!  Uncle Tom

Good Morning Georgia!  Hey where's everybody at?  Reminds me of elementary school when I was a child (my grand kids usually pipe in and say:  "Yea, when dinosaurs roamed the earth!").  Can you imagine what it was like back when Terex roamed the parking lot at the Mall?  I don't know much about ole Terex but what must the fishing have been like?  Wouldn't it be great to have a stringer full of fish--you know the whoppers that started the "gene pool".  Buddy said you had to hide your bait to get it on before you got a bite.  I guess back then you had to be careful not to become the bait.  I'll leave ya'll alone.  Got to catch the TV--something about asteroid hitting the earth--don't doubt it is close as hot as it is!  Put that remote down and get out there with them!  Uncle Tom  Good luck and good fishing!  COME ON GEORGIA!
