My son and I went to Owyhee yesterday and managed to catch a bass about 2 lbs. We seen some crappie and carp jumping and had some crappie bites but didn't catch any on our bass lures. Water temp is anywhere from the low 40's to 52. Water clarity was clear around the dam and got muddier the further up you went. Water level was 43 feet down. Seems to be coming up about a foot every 5 days. The road up by the dam is full of rocks and they're not cleaning them off yet. And of course managed to get a flat on my boat trailer on one of my brand new tires on the side wall. 
A lot of fly fisherman on the river below the dam. Saw one trout caught as we were driving by.
Remember to practice catch and release on those bass. It is spawning time.
