Lake Shabbona.
On Saturday April 8th, the lake will be open extended hours (till 10 PM). This is the 1st time ever that we will have the opportunity to night fish in April for trophy size Walleye and Muskie.
This is the time that the big Walleye and Muskie cruise the shoreline looking for spawning partners. The potential for a State Record Walleye or Muskie being caught that night are tremendous.
Lakeside Bait, Tackle & Boat Rental will be open till 10 PM that night to weigh in the next State Record. We do have an official state certified scale.
Lakeside will have a limited number of boats equipped for night fishing. Please reserve them early to make sure you get in on this unique opportunity.
Reserve on line or by phone 815-824-2581.
