Was thinking about heading out there some time this month, (june) are there decent places to shore fish as i will not have my boat in tow. Or is there a better place about the same distance from Manchester that you would recommend for a weekend of camping and fishing.

I have been reading the Iowa DNR fishing reports that is published every Thursday and they claim the bass at Belva Deer have been hitting well and average around 5 pounds. Wow!! Can you tell me where this lake is? Thanks Wineguy
