I am an honest simple college kid at KU. I am looking for a fishing buddy and places to fish in the lawrence area. I am looking for access to ponds and someone who knows some good consistent spots in local lakes like clinton perry. I don't know anyone around here that loves fishing or goes as much as I do or has a boat.

I have tried out several spots on clinton and just went to perry lake on new year's eve.

(The only place where I can consistently catch fish in winter is lake henry which is a small pond size lake that is stocked with trout. My favorite type of fishing is catfishing, but I like bass, crappie, trout, and every other kansas fish. I am going to experiment with walleye fishing maybe.)
