Hey fellas.  I am new here to the forum.  Been an NAFC member for about 2 years and never knew a KS forum existed. 

Anyway I am from Baldwin near Lawrence and it looks most of you are from down south, but look forward to discussing tips and tactics on this board.

I am a bass fisher at heart, but good ole Crappie Chatt has given me the crappie bug.  I tend to fish for Crappie 70% of the time any more.

Anyway glad to be on the board!

Hello! I,m in Wichita, we got 10'' of rain Friday and everything is a mess. Went today to the county park and caught one little bass.

Glad to find someone from Baldwin City. I moved here from Nebraska a couple of years ago and have been trying to hook up with someone to fish with. I also am after Bass as well as Walleye & Crappie. I am not familuar with the area lakes. Have been to the Baldwin (Spring lake) & over to Lone Star, waiting for the Douglas County  to open to give it a try. I am retired have own gear & boat. Vern...Will do.  I am a young pup...Not even 30 yet, but I have a 17' tracker so I will let you know sometime I plan on going out alone.  I am booked up for a couple weekends, but maybe we can get together in early Oct.
