I have been on the road for the past 1 1/2 years and love all kinds of fishing. (fresh and salt) My wife and I purchased a home here in Bardstown Ky (about 35 miles south of Louisville) and I purchased a 1997 Bass Tracker w/ 40 hp and added new electronics. Now its time to go fishing. I like pan fish and bass but I will even go cat fishing if necessary. I am looking for a fishing buddy near Bardstown to check out the hot spots. I am retired so I am available for week day runs. I like to use artificals when ever possible and light gear. I keep a few (just for supper) and release the rest.
drop me a line and we can hook-up.

Well carter if I read your bio correctly you are located in Franklin KY and thats not more than 50 miles from Bardstown. Wouldn't mind meeting up with you on one of the local lakes like Taylorville or Beaver or Harrington.
    What do you think?

I would not mind meeting up with you to fish one of those places. With my job I do have some weekdays free.

I live in Bardstown. The internet sure makes it a small world doesn't it. I've lived here my whole life. I'm 33 and just getting back into fishing. I used to fish quite a bit when I was a young one, but after I got married, that kinda stopped. There's plenty of places to fish around Bardstown. You have Taylorsville Lake, Nolin Lake, Green River Lake, Rough River Lake, and if you travel a little bit, you have Cumberland Lake, Barren River Lake. I hope you enjoy Bardstown. It is a nice quiet place to live.

Fisherdude and Stryker. Hey fellas ! I'm here in Radcliff X Ft. Knox. If youall may be interested in getting together for a trip or just to share ideas (that really means stories)reply to this or send PM. Theres still plenty of time left to get on the water. (Never really not a time, is there ?)Also Have a Bass Tracker and an RV with a furnace. Not afraid to get cold or wet. Even if we dont catch em' at least we got a line wet and made some new friends. Maybe ? HAHAHA

Welcome to the Bulletin Board Fisher Dude. I have been asked by a Kentucky member to help get a Kentucky Chapter set up. So far today, I have went back through all of the messages on the Kentucky page and put the list of members on the "Kentucky members sign in here" post. All new members that are registering into the Kentucky page for the first time, please let us know what town/city/county that you are from. As of today, I have counted 16 members registered on the NAFC Bulletin Board and that have posted on the Kentucky page. Let's spread the word guys and tell everyone that you know that is a member of the NAFC to get on here and get registered. Thanks & Have a great day. Dennis Cool<!--graemlin::cool:-->
