jason i believe you are talking about the lapuien boat ramp is the state park off of 155 just out side hdg i do not know were you are but if you look up the susquehanna state park you should find iithope this helps i go there quite often the fee is 10.00in state 11.00 out of state.

Go to the website that I have posted and it will tell you where all the boat ramps and direction in maryland.  I will be there sunday but farther up and fishing from the shore.  I am going to try to catch some walleye.  Good luck.
