    I'm fairly new to the area. Do the Rockfish hang in the lower river this time of year? I only have a 15 ft. Crestliner, not sure about heading to the Flats in it. I'm in Perryville with only a couple more weeks in my slip.
    Any suggestions.

    i'll be headed down to  havre'de grace around the end of the month, anyone hear any report of the flats?

    when fishing the flats and northeast river no eels can be used from march 1 thru may 3, i got that from the maryland reg book when i bought my bay sticker for the boat

    i've heard of big cats down there, but the stripers are startin to make it up in the upper bay(in the flats), if ya go up the susky i thought i heard small mouth were being caught and white and yellow perch, and i'm sure catty's are all around down there, i'd try below conowingo damn looks like the perfect big catty hangout
