Here's my 2 cents when it comes to local fishing early in the year.

Right now, the pike and pickeral are hitting pretty good off of Warren Road/ Merrimans Mill road in the lake.

Spoons, in line spinners and medium sized cranks will work if you prefer to use artificials.

If not, use a slip bobber and suspend a large shiner at about 6'.

We were there on 3/19 and I saw two 25" + pikes come out as well as some pickeral.

There's a few big one's in that lake for certain. If you dig around in the photo section you'll find a few that I've personally gotten from there.
