Last Sunday I tried to fish The Little Pax River in Laurel. My Friend and I haven't fished it in some 15 yrs. the day was miserable. This spot used to hold nice 4 and 5 lb Smallies. We caught 4 fish and couldn't figure it out. Was it us? The temp? what the F@$K ? The answer soon came. We got to the railroad bridge and saw 5 guys stripping. I thought they where gonna wash their asses. Not so much!!! we watched these bastards jump in and stretch a gill net across the river.In no time at all they started throwing Bass and Shad onto the shore. We didn't say anything 5 on 2 and a language barrier. Are day was over and theirs was about to get interesting. We walked to the car and called DNR on them and laughed as they got busted for poaching and immigration violations. We did what we had to do.
