    Upon being told that the EPA wants the water quality in the Chicago river improved to swimmable level, Mayor Daley was quoted as saying "Tell them to go swim in the Potomac!"

    That's nice Tom. That comment can be taken one of two ways.
    1: The Potomac is clean so they can stay in Washington D.C.
    2: It's a great way to get rid of Stupid people. ( the river claimed 6 swimmers last year and 2 on Monday)
