im going on leave and going to grasonville with my boat what are the regulations for fishing and as a nonresident do i need to buy a liscence?

ok im here at the mouth of chester river and i havent caught anything but perch need to know of some hot spots on the river and what to use for bait

What are you trying to catch and what species are available?

I would ask some questions at the local tackle shop or strike up conversations with other fishermen. It looks like you are in a tidal zone. Try using shad darts during high tide or try using a bucktail jig with a piece of Eel on it. It works for most. You should be able to catch Croaker, Shad, Striper, Drum , Blues, Spot and the occasional shark. Trolling works well as does posting up on bridges.
