    I would be interested in joining a Massachusetts Chapter if one ever gets off the ground.  (Sorry, I would NOT be willing to organize it).

    Im also interested in starting up a chapter, and whatever that entails.. not sure exactly what it means, but Western Mass could fisherman could definately benefit from this as well.
