alright so i went to my favorite kivvie fishing hole with my girlfriend yesterday. she casts out while i'm putting a hook and some sinkers on my line. i throw a worm on the hook and cast out. after a while of looking over the water and not seeing her bobber i asked where it was and turned to her. thats when i realized she was taking a kivvie off the hook. when i turned back towards the water my bobber is missing. while i'm looking for it thinking the wake from the boat that just got on the water made my bobber float somewhere else and i just wasn't seeing it my rod almost came out of my hand so i yanked back. now i'm wondering if i hooked up with a monster kivvie or a good sized perch while realing the line in. all i knew is that it was a good sized fish and it was fighting pretty good. then i see him jump trying to shake the hook so i tighten up a bit and keep reeling. when i get him landed i'm running around looking for my camera. first cast out and you pull in a 13 inch bass. yeah thats a picture perfect moment. well i couldn't find it in my tackle box or my bag with my drinks in it so i let him go (i want me a trophy bass and a little one will grow into a trophy). later on my girlfriend drops me off at the gym so i can do a workout and when i'm getting dressed and putting my pants on i feel a big lump in my pocket. yeah i had my camera i just didn't realize it was in my pants pocket and didn't think to look. but i'm going back out to my spot today and i got my camera ready to go so maybe it will happen again and i can get a picture of the fish this time.
