I went fishing at Kent Lake, today, and saw something that was extremely strange.  It was about 8:00 AM and I was just casually fishing, when all of the sudden, the water exploded.  It looked as if someone had thrown an extremely large rock into the water.  This happened about 10 times during the course of the trip.  I am sure that it was a predatory fish of some sort.  Kent Lake only has two large predators, Pike and Longnose Gar.  What do you think the most probable culprit is?

Could they have been Northern Pike?  If so, they must have been monsters!
