    I am heading up for the Holidays wondering if I should bring the gear. Nothing here in OHIO though.

    Not here in sanford lake All water is open you mite find north , but not around here!

    weekly report said there's ice on houghton Lake but not thick enough to fish yet. nothing in the Detroit area yet
