I just might be crazy enough to try some Maumee River walleye fishing this Spring, but I've never river fished from shore before. I could sure use some suggestions - the water will be very cold and the current is pretty fast.
Unfortunately I don't know what the river bottom is like, although I would suspect it will be gravel.
Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated!
