    My girlfriend wants to know if there is al decent northern and panfish lake around the eden prairie area for us to fish when i visit...I live in wisconsin so i dont know too much about the lakes in the area.  Thanks for the help.

    "There are several great lakes in SW metro, including Minnewashta, Waconia, Bryant, Auburn, Steiger are all good. Stop by Cabin Fever Sports in Victoria for up-to-date-info."

    i Fished Bryant lake with her a couple weeks ago...caught a couple nice largemouth and a bunch of small panfish fishing from shore, but i was having a hard time finding the lake surveyfor it.

    One of the nice thing about Minnesota's  DNR site is that it provides you with a lot of information  . this is for Bryant in Hennepin cnty http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/lakefind...sults.html

    Minnetonka is always a decent bet for panfish, but it gets crowded with recreational boaters
