I know this is awfully late for a reply, but I'm from Ohio and don't usually read the Mo. chapter forum.  My wife is from Maryville, so I get back there every year or so.  Her folks farm became part of the Mozingo Creek Lake (the far North end), so I'm familiar with the lake, though, alas, I've never brought my boat from Cincinnati.  I have fished it from the bank around the far North boat ramp and one wonderful day, I actually caught 50 bass in the 12 to 13" range in a little over four hours with a pearl Footloose Bandit crankbait.  I also caught a 6 pounder just off the East end of the dam.  There are an abundance of fish in this lake, including walleye and catfish, but I've never caught any of those.  I hope you keep checking this forum and find this blog, though, by now, you've probably discovered the spots for yourself.  Goodluck and "GO BEARCATS!"
