i am going to take my 80 yo father to kentucky lake for some crappie fishing i was wondering if anyone has fished there and could recommend a good place to stay that rents boats at areasonable price. they all look good on thier websites but we are looking for some personal feedback on where to go and who to avoid. same thing for guides. i have been disappointed before using someone who we picked without having them recommended by someone. i am hoping that since the missouri members seem to be more involved with this website someone would have some useful info and be willing to pass it on. i have posted the same requests on the kentucky site and have had very few views and no replies. its been on that site for a couple of weeks now. sso iam counting on the fine fisherman we have in missouri to help me out. good fishing

Duckman I have used Moores they have everything you will need. They will also get you fixed up with a guide. There prices are about the same as other places. I just like the service Moores provide. Hope this helps.
