    I grew up fishing on the Niobrara river.  The list is as follows:

    Channel catfish

    Bullhead

    Carp

    Redhorse sucker

    Sheepshead sucker

    Gar

    Bluegill

    Sturgeon ( 1 summer many years ago)

    Sauger

    Some walleye near where the mouth enters the Missouri river

    The report from the Niobrara, just south of Lynch, is pretty good.  My brother said he pulled (2) 9lb, a 5lb, a 3lb , and a few smaller last Saturday.  Also pulled in a 3lb carp.  Sunday wasnt as prosperous though.
