Hey, I'm Brian.  I live in Union County NJ.

I grew up in Upstate NY and moved down to NJ after college, wow that's been 10 years now.  All this time I've never fished in NJ, I always went back upstate to fish back home.  But now I have small kids and find getting back up there is a lot harder then it used to be.  I've been a life member since 2004.

I would really appretiate any suggestions on good locations to fish down here.  I have not brought my boat down yet so any help on good shore fishing locations would be great.

I'm a trophy life member that lives in gloucester county. I fish all over south jersey. I fish both fresh and salt water. The striper bite is on in the river DOD is a great place to access the river to fish for stripers. I fished there for twenty some yrs. now. It also has very productive lakes to fish. The water is very clear im the lakes so it makes it challenging for those that have less experience. I also fish in cape may county there are some sleeper lakes that get no pressure, fun fun fishing !! I also fish striper, drum, weakies or speckeled trout, and flounder in the bay and back bays. Hope to see you men on the water, I have fished with Mike Iconelly,probably spelled his name wrong sorry Mike,before he fished Bass Masters. I met him on the tracks in therofare n.j., crown point road to be exact. Great fishing back there......
