A buddy and I set off to the lake yesterday. We started buy trolling the main body of the lake high, low and wide with a large arson of different lures, with suprisingly no luck so I decided we head to the inlet. Once we got there we anchored down on the on the shallow side sitting in 10 feet of water but only 5 feet away from the channel, we started working our lures through the channel and the fun was on. We were using wide wobbling spoons so we missed alot of fish, an easy 12-15 between the two of us. Fought and lost about10 between the two of us and landed an easy 25 trout. all a mix between bows, browns, and cutbows. We C&R all except each of us kept one for dinner that night. What a wicked day!
