I was out to look at Sandia Lakes the other day.  To see what was happening. They are doing a great job. Deepening the lakes.  Cleaning the whole area up. New picnic areas. New shelters and everything.  It's going to look great.

Hey guys.  I drove by Sandia Lakes today.  There were a couple guys out there putting up a new sign.  They said they had heard it was reopening in about three weeks. They are getting ready to stock trout and bass.  Yep, Large Mouth Bass.

I keep calling them without getting an answer.  Their number is 505-897-3971. They should have opened by now.  Don't know what the heck is going on.

Still no answer when calling their number.  Guess I'll have to drive out there to take a look and see.
