Seneca lake is listed as one of the top 5 Pike lakes in the state. Look around points, bays and coves. I got to warn you though Seneca lake gets rough real quick if you are in a boat my suggestion would be head into the wind to start. So that when the white caps start you have the wind at your back when your headed back in. I thought Chautauqua lake has Musky not pike. I fished there once and the eastern end gets choked with weeds so bad you can't get through it. the western side of the bridge has a very defined weed edge and might be a good spot to start trolling.
