KOKONUTS  in Hi. has some ideas of how to build a "poorman's downrigger".  Start with the lower section of a heavy pole, add reel, line, clothes pin, chunk of lead. Any ideas of improving on this? Think i can do it including a pair of pvc pipe rod holders for less than $20.    Any ideas for "poormans planner boards"?   For chest wadders (stocking feet style, i have wide feet, high instep, hard to fit)  one person suggested big plastic bags & duct tape!!  lollol.     Still we start with one idea, build upon it , alter it untill it works!!!!           Chuck
