I got mine Saturday morning on the way to the lake. My fishing buddy asked me if I had my license as we were on the way to pick up my boat. I said Ooops, we better take a detour to WalMart on the way to the lake.

Is this just for freshwater or do I need one for saltwater also? 

Currently you only need one for fresh water, if legeslation passes that will change and it looks like its going to change.

NY (Delaware Cty) Life Member...looks like it is a trip to Wal-Mart for me. Think it suck that they are going to raise the cost of the license. Nothing like the state to put a damper on things even with the poor economy.
