Decent striper fishing at Texoma. Channel cat are good at night on liver at Lake Arbuckle.  Bass fishing good at Tishomingo on shad.
We love to catch crappie, bass, perch, and ofcourse catfish.

We have been doing great, seems fishing in oklahoma around this time of year is better at night. By brother, boyfirend and myself caught alot of Cat fish in Slaughterville Wildlife refuge, around 9pm to 10:30, was also a full moon. Bait used was rabbit liver, shrimp and night crawlers. As soon as the hook hit the water, the fight was on. It is the greatest place I found in Oklahoma so far without travel two to three hours from oklahoma city. About a month ago, we were fishing same spot, my brother caught around 15-20 blue cat, and 10 pound channel. Bluegill and crappie are great there also.

Rachel, where is this Slaughterville?  My wife and I just got back from McGee Creek state park.  Real nice place. Wildlife was awesome, and there wasn't a lot of noise.  The fishing wasn't bad either. My wife caught a 4pound largemouth and we caught some crappie as well.  I too, believe the fishing is alot better at night right now. Most the fish we caught were at night.
We love to catch crappie, bass, perch, and ofcourse catfish.
