This is a direct copy of a post from the catfish section, but I wanted to toss it to the locals who might not see it otherwise.

"I'm headed to a dam with a fishing walk in Pennsylvania on the Susquehanna in the next few weeks and I'm planning to make an all day event out of it. I can fish the slow current on the outskirts of the tailwaters and catch average channels with the best of them, but I'd like to get into the rough stuff and try to bag a monster.

Can anyone give me any tips on rigging, baits and technigue.

I'm probably limited to a 10' surf stick and an older pier/boat stiff stick as far as rods go.
