    Morning Folks.I had -5 when I got up at 5:00am here in north central PA.It got up to about +3 by 9:00am.Good for Ice fisherman Rose Valley still needs a few more really cold days and nights to get the ice safe for fishin.

    Good morning everyone.  I made some snapper turtle soup for the men's group at church yesterday (recipe found in "member recipe" thread), smoked them up some salmon too!  They are happy campers now!  I must go early for my pre operative testing this morning.  My knee replacement is on Feb. 19.  Ya'll have a grape day!

    Morning Pete and all others. Had about an inch of snow at work this morning when I left. Pure ice underneath. Made it out to 322 and sat there a half hour due to car wreaks. Hard to get going and stop. The closer I got to home the better it was, had nothing at the house.

    Good place for that storm down there...........I plowed our driveway yesterday guess I should of done it sooner but with just 3" it didn't seem worth the time.................then the wind up here made some spots with 5 or so and more COLD weather so I pushed her out.....................have fun down there guys about time you got some real snow.....................

    got about 8 inches so far in johnstown area at 11:00 pm still comming down fast .going to stay inside all day saturday. neighbor went about 50 feet from his house get stuck over the hill. the wjac-news just said heaver snow is comming over night. at times 2inchs an hour or more.

    Morning  everyone. Just got home from work, alot of snow out there. Its drifting pretty bad and the side roads... forget it. Glad Bruce has four wheel drive, we did pretty good coming home. He almost got stuck in my parking lot though, had to back out. Have a great day all and happy shoveling!

    Good morning everyone.  Right now I have about 12" out in the yard and driftint up to two feet so far!  It's supposed to keep snowing until one this afternoon.  Then the 30 mph winds are to kick in!  I guess it's time for ole pie face to sit back and enjoy the weather!   Ya'll have a grape day!

    Evening all! I can't wait for the weekend.... I'm heading out to harrisburg friday morning as soon as I get out of class.... the kids and i will be heading to the Eastern Outdoors show for the day..... stay with family and head back the next day w/ said family.... sunday will be Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's..... I don't think you could have a better weekend w/ out being on the water or in a treestand.... does anyone want to babysit my wallet so i don't go into the red?  HaHaHa.... hope everyone is hunkered down for this snow.... good night all

    Good morning guys............your making me feel bad for picking on all yoz south of me.................I got done plowing thing out up here 18* and wind took a little over 2 hours because I open up the guy down the road his was driffing back in , we ended up with 6" to 8" no big deal.     Good afternoon everyone.  I finished up clearing up the drive & walk...We got about 12".  Most of the roads are single lane because of drifting.  The wind is blowing harder than yesterday!  The snow drifted thigh high over most of the drive and front walk...  But everything is ok now!  Ya'll have a grape day!

    Good Morning everyone....................looks good up here after plowing and the intensen sun yesterday LOTS of bare spots in the driveway and where I plowed the yard for the deer is all bare had four out there before dark chowing down on the grass. It should have made some crust on the snow so drifting should be at a minum if we get the strong winds today. Hope you all made out as well as I did up here.

    Afternoon everyone....hope everyone had a good day......all you tent campers, a good thing to get is the standard camp kitchen from Cabelas $99. It has two side counters for your stove and grill plus a nice center counter for preparing your food. It also has two removable cabnets and a spice rack, also a sink basin under the center counter. It sits a little low but I came up with a way to increase the height if you are interested.

    Hi all, just to let you know Pete is doing well. He had a good beakfast this morning after not eating at all yesterday (the sedation made him nauseous, so he didn't eat after surgery either) and they're going to start therapy 2 times today (ouch).
