I am looking to buy a good, used Nissan or Tohatus 18 hp two stroke outboard long shaft with tiller control. I prefer a manual start but will not turn away a good condition electric start model. I am in the Pittsburgh area. For a while, a lot of our lakes were limited to 18hp and then the state upped it to 20.
