As most of you know my wife Nancy has gone thru alot the past 2+ years with Breast Cancer and Implant trouble, but now she is going thru another tough time. Nancy has had a Heart Attack. She has had problems with her acid reflex. the Dr has been treating her with that, but she was continuing to have problems with chest pains and it was getting worse, so the Dr sent her for and EKG, which came back normal, and a stress test. During the stress test in the slow mode she had no problem, but when they sped it up she was having trouble breathing and they almost lost her. She was transported to the Hospital and then they found she had 99.9% blockage in her Main Artery  along with 2 others with 80% and 60% blockages. She is a very lucky girl, because they call this problem a "WIDOW MAKER". During all this, which happened yesterday, I'm up the cottage in Canada. I got the call around 5:30PM and I got home this morning at 2AM. Nancy is scheduled for a Triple Bypass on Friday. This is all that I have for now, until I talk to the Heart Dr. Please keep her in your Prayers.

Nancy ended up having a triple bypass and the surgeon decided not to do the 4th one, because it was just too small of a vein and he would do more damage than good. She had a rough day on Friday after the surgery. She was in immense pain. The surgeon took an artery out of her chest and only one vein out of her right leg .Nancy is doing FANTASTIC and all her IVs are out, except for one main line in her neck to take blood, her chest tubes are out and her catheter is out. She has been on walks and her respiratory exercises are going great. She is still in CTICU because they have no other rooms opened as of yet.

It has been awhile since this thread has been updated, so here is the latest. Nancy is doing great, The only thing is her Neouropothy is totally permanent. She applied for Disability and she just finally got it, after a year of fighting it. Again thank you all.
