I am looking at 2 depth Finders at Cabelas. One is B/W with GPS and the other is Color but no GPS. Both are the same price $279.99, Humminbird 365i and 345c. My question is which one would you prefer?

    Thanks, Wayne

if there the same price I'd go with the GPS. Either one is good I have 3 humminbird units never had any trouble.

Spec. all all the same for the depthfinder , color is the only differnt.
I've never had a color unit so could not say if it would be worth it. I run two units on my boat one depthfinder and one GPS. I like being able to use the WHOLE screen for the depthfinder but if you don't have any thing on your boat now the combo would be a good start.

You should consider how much room is on your boat to put these units. If you go with the one without the gps you can add it later if you have the room. In an ideal world I would have both so if the fishfinder crapped out the gps is still useable and vise a versa. But I don't have the room on my boat so I went with a combo.
