Does anyone know about any tournaments that you don't need a boat for?

Its in the fall. You will be fishing the river. You can look it up on the internet.  It is hard and no walk in the park. Are you familiar with the tidioute area. That is where it is being held.
You have to fish a part of the river. If you have never fished that area before I would start now. I say that cause if you are fishing from shore, you will have to know what spots hold the fish. practice

I was just at one while i was back in PA in February and it was a ice fishing tourney held at Tobyhanna State Park and my partner and I won the panfish division and we took home $300.
