local bass pond

are there any locally and close by....let know..will check back..got all my reels and rods ready....want to have a better season fishing this year....getting to know area better now...looking to have someone key me onto some pond fishing close to me...near I-26 and I-20..that where I am at

i know a couple ponds around that area been fishin them for a while now

What part of SC are you in, JWilliams, that would constitute 'local'? I'd sure like to find some ponds in the Midlands, too, as I prefer the smaller bodies of water over the large lakes & rivers.

am near I-20 and I-26 interchange...found a new site to find local pond....in last month magazine of North American fisherman ..it February issue...found arbor pond out near fort jackson...will recon it soon....and drop news on what I find

Sorry, brain fart... I even saw where you initially said you were around the interchange.
Is Arbor Pond the same as Boyden Arbor Pond? I see it on the map at Take Me Fishing and I think, if it's the one I'm thinking of, it's surrounded by a bunch of apartment complexes.
I'm looking for something more around the SE Cola/Lower Richlands area, or even closer here to Sumter (I'm in Dalzell, right by Shaw AFB).

i think so Ceezer.....was looking to see if i can get into it...might recon tomorrow...it real low right now....and yes it Arbor pond....real close to fort jackson
