    hit granger at willis creek this morning . hooked up with another kayak buddy from the austinkayakfishing.com  . the bite was off . with all the rain lately , the lake is up four feet above normal , so they are letting water out . sooo , with the gates open at the spillway , the pressure in the lake dropped and turn the fish off . we did catch a few small crappie and one channel cat . hope all had a great weekend on the water . the pic is my friend Ed with one of the small crappie .

    fishing is life , everything else is just details . and i prefer my tails with specks or spots .15 miles NE of austin

    thanks again , but how did you do it ? my pic never pops up unless i click on it . guess i will learn with time . they say nobody from texas ever post much , so i am trying to add a little material . ya take care , weeks almost over . i may try bastrop this weekend .
