I am back in Texas.  We made it in last Saturday, but just got internet up and running.  How are they biting at Calaveras?  I am hoping to get out there soon.  Take care

My brother and I were out there in April and caught about 9 catfish on worm and stink bait. Hoping to make it out sometime soon.

i am still in colorado where it is a lot cooler than in texas. i hope to return sometime next month. the trout are biting real good up here. i do know i will bring my boat next year so i can catch some kokanee. people in boats are really catching them.

yea i have to get lic to, the site #8 is reserverd for 17th/18th/19th./ but i will be there the 18th 6:30 a.m. and might stay the night. i use chicken liver/shads/hotdogs/ wish i could get there friday but i don"t get off work till 11:00p.m. park closes at 8:00p.m. thanks for your quick reply

I'll probably get all setup on Friday evening. Get there early Saturday morning and stay the night. I love to camp out too.
