Chester is 15 miles south of Richmond.  I live about 3-4 miles from I-95

Approx. 110 miles to DC

ive got refrences for several charters boats out of rudee inlet, striper are pretty much gone but drum are moving in soon, and cobia not far behind them. drum will eb in completely around late april and cobia will ebgin to follow abotu a month after.
