    Looks like I will be in the Leesburg area to visit family sometime this summer. Can anyone give me some info on shore fishing in the area? A PM would be appreciated. Tom

    Lake Manassas is right down the road in Gainesville. One of the best fishing lakes in Virginia. Now it's not open to the public but with permission you are aloud to shore fish on some areas. I live in Gainesville and it is probably about a 15-25 minute drive to Leesburg.
